An aromatic massage that may combine a variety of classic techniques such as Swedish, Thai, Acupressure and Deep Tissue - an intuitive massage for your body, and an opportunity to relax, uplift and invigorate your soul.

We live in a wonderful world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things - when this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us. This is a hands on or off experience whilst you relax fully clothed, or can be added to enhance any other treatment booking. All you have to do is lie back…and breathe.

Restful Soul

When you know you need to pause…allow me to fill that gap with a deeply restorative treatment to ground, re-balance and uplift. This is an intuitive foot to head experience which may include acupressure, slow and soothing massage strokes plus reiki and sound healing to realign the main chakra energy points and cocoon you in a divine hug.

Indian Head Massage

A treatment offered as part of daily life in India, and derived from the Ayurveda Healing System (Yoga’s sister-science), this massage can be received whilst laying or seated and with or without oils. There are so many benefits to this relaxing yet invigorating - grounding yet head-in-the-clouds experience. No wonder it is passed down through generations and now enjoyed all over the world. Perfect to help alleviate headaches, muscular tension, insomnia and nourish the hair and scalp - this is a must for all stress-heads.

Himalayan Salt Spa Ritual

Containing 84 natural minerals and trace elements this amazing salt fossil can help ease muscular aches and pains, stimulate metabolism, work alongside other detox and weight loss methods and benefit the bodies lymphatic drainage and circulatory systems. This is a truly indulgent treatment - beginning with an aromatic opening ritual and leading in to a gentle and deeply relaxing massage with heated salt blocks. This is followed by the application of a salt and oil body scrub, and resting further in a soft cloth cocoon whilst enjoying a head and facial massage. The scrub is removed and I apply a prescriptive body oil or lotion which guarantees to leave your skin feeling silky soft for day…I can totally vouch for that!

Hopi Ear Candling

Considered by many cultures as a way to clear and cleanse the mind and senses, this is a non-evasive, warming and safe experience which may provide relief to the ears, nose, sinus and throat areas. The chimney effect created by the hollow candle gently massages the ear drum, whilst the warmth stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Wonderfully soothing for those suffering with sinus pain, headaches, recent congestion, hayfever and seasonal allergies…or simply to enjoy the sound of the crackling flame and time to snuggle down and relax. I use Biosun candles - the only brand recognised by insurance and accreditation providers in the UK. (Made with beeswax - alternatives may be available upon request). This treatment is suitable for children.

Thai Foot & Leg Massage

A treatment that draws from the principles of Traditional Thai Massage, including passive stretching, gently applied movement, acupressure and massage strokes to open the ‘Sen’ energy lines of the feet and lower legs. This frees blocked energy, promoting better health and well-being overall. A deeply relaxing experience, much like Reflexology yet also invigorating and refreshing to benefit the circulatory, lymphatic drainage and immune systems. This is the ultimate treat for tired and weary feet, legs and souls.

Following your initial consultation and aromatherapy massage, continue to enjoy the magical benefits of these natural and plant-based oils in your own sacred time. I create take-home blends for you to incorporate in to your daily ritual. This may be a body or room mist spray, oil or salt-based bath potion or a roller-ball bottle to take with you on the go.
